Supermarket Success - Below Ground Fuel Storage Tanks Feb 2012 PDF Print

Several major contracts have been renewed recently with UK Supermarket companies who have significant development programmes in 2012 and beyond.

The contracts will see Wefco supply a significant number of below ground double skinned fuel storage tanks to petrol filling stations throughout the UK.

These latest supply agreements will provide excellent levels of business in 2012 with exclusive supply of underground tanks to Asda, Sainsburys, Morrisons and Tesco.

In March 2011, a new three year contract for supply of below ground storage tanks to Shell has been awarded to Wefco. Shell have a major programme of works in the UK and supply of the tanks forms a major component of each forecourt development. The contract is project managed by Artelia whom Wefco have a long standing relationship with in connection with the supply of tanks also to Esso.

 
Wefco Continues to Expand During 2011 PDF Print

During 2010 Wefco expanded and increased their workforce by around 30%, this impressive trend has continued during 2011. This strong and sustained performance all the areas of the business including Underground Petrol Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels and Site Erected Storage Tanks has produced an order book extending to 9 months with contract work extending well into the future.

 
Wefco Successfully Delivers Large Refinery Contract PDF Print

Wefco and their client, a major UK Petrochemical company, are celebrating the successful delivery of a major package of 14 storage tanks, pressure vessels and columns in both carbon steel and stainless steel, many of which were delivered to site ‘fully dressed’. The 9 month contract was delivered on time and within budget.

 
Large M25 Petrol Filling Station Contract PDF Print

Wefco have been awarded a contract to supply below ground storage tanks for a new high profile motorway services development on the M25 near London.

The petrol filling station will be branded by Shell and requires the supply of well over one million litres of storage making it one of the largest filling stations in the UK and Europe.
