Wefco (Gainsborough) Ltd are one of the largest privately owned companies in the UK specialising in the mechanical design and manufacturer of carbon steel and stainless steel pressure vessels, drums and columns for the offshore, onshore, oil and gas, refinery, water, chemical and allied industries. Process design can be carried out if required via the relevant specialists.

Our facility is one of the largest and best equipped in the industry boasting 8000 square metres of factory space which enables us to produce vessels up to 5m diameter and 40m long in thicknesses ranging from 5mm to in excess of 100mm. Jack-up lifting facilities enable us to produce a single piece of equipment well in excess of 100 tons in weight.

Our in-house design experience includes most UK and International codes, using the latest Finglow software for design, with drawings generated on Auto-Cad, all supported by our quality systems which are accredited to ISO9001.
